What You Get
Our Comprehensive Inspections
Our comprehensive physical inspections typically take 3–4 hours, during which every aspect of your RV is carefully examined. We don’t work for the buyer or seller—we work for you. Our goal is to provide the most detailed and accurate picture of your RV, giving you the information you need to make the best decisions possible.
At the conclusion of the inspection, you receive a detailed digital report, usually 80+ pages, including notes and comments, minor issues, major issues, and life safety concerns. Each report includes over 200 pictures highlighting key areas, special features, and any specific photos you request. In addition, we provide videos of all major moving components, including slides, awnings, and leveling systems, so you can see exactly how everything functions.
Our Inspection Packages
The Premier Package
Our most comprehensive inspection is designed for buyers and owners who want an in-depth understanding of their RV’s condition. The Premier Inspection includes a thorough review of interior facilities, upholstery, furnishings, and cabinets, as well as the exterior body and underbody, checking for rust, dents, and potential structural issues. We examine awnings, slides, leveling systems, exterior seals, air and heating systems, propane systems, DC and AC electrical systems, plumbing and water systems, and appliances including the refrigerator and generator.
Your RV’s tires, wheels, windows, doors, roof, collision or water damage history, fire safety systems, and weight regulation are all carefully evaluated. For motorized RVs, we inspect engine, transmission, exhaust, braking systems, steering, and suspension. With 100+ pictures and detailed notes, you’ll have a complete record of your RV’s condition and any issues that need attention.
The General Package
If the Premier Inspection feels more than you need, our General Inspection provides the same thorough evaluation at a more accessible price. While this package does not include the full 80+ page report, it still gives you a detailed, hands-on assessment of your RV’s key systems and overall condition.
