It provides a professional evaluation, gives you leverage when negotiating with the seller, and helps you avoid unexpected, costly repairs.

- The Standard Pre-Purchase Inspection delivers the exact same thorough physical inspection as our Premier option—covering all major systems and Life Safety components—at a more budget-friendly price point.
- We still perform a complete hands-on evaluation of your RV, capture photos and videos of key systems, and carefully document any deficiencies found during the inspection. The difference is that the Standard option does not include the pre-inspection research phase and does not include the full digital PDF report.
- After the inspection, you will receive a detailed synopsis email summarizing the findings along with a link to the inspection photos and notes. We are also available to review the results with you and answer any questions so you fully understand the condition of the RV before moving forward.
This option is best for buyers who don’t require lender documentation and simply want a professional evaluation before making a final decision.

- Our most comprehensive inspection for buyers who want maximum protection, documentation, and negotiating power.
- This option includes everything in the Standard Inspection, plus detailed pre-inspection research such as VIN searches, recall checks, manufacturer reviews, and owner feedback. When authorized, we also contact the seller to gather history on the RV.
- On inspection day, we perform a 400+ point physical inspection with 300–400 photos and videos of all major systems and moving components. The inspection begins with a dedicated Life Safety and “deal-breaker” review so serious issues can be addressed immediately.
- Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive a full digital report (30+ pages) that organizes findings into Life Safety Issues, Major Issues, Minor Issues, and Notes—perfect for negotiations, lender submission, and long-term documentation.
